Your personal data are protected by law number 2013-450 of June 19, 2013 relating to the protection of personal data in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. PAYESHA SARL hereinafter referred to as ("PAYESHA") processes your personal data in accordance with this law. Your personal data is used for the purposes of simplifying the use of the PAYESHA application and improving the service. We want to give you the ability to make the best decisions about the information you share with us.
Your privacy is very important to us. PAYESHA undertakes not to rent, sell or share your personal data, except in accordance with the policy used by it in this matter. Collection and use
We collect “non-personal data” and “personal data” to provide and measure the use of our services and to improve them over time.

3. Information sharing and disclosure
PAYESHA only discloses your private data in the circumstances described below:
Your Consent: We may share or communicate your information with your consent, such as when you use a third party web application to access your Account on our services.
Service Providers / Sub-Distributors: We engage trusted third party agents to perform functions and provide services for us. We may share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform those functions and provide such services, and under obligations reflecting the protections of this Privacy Policy.

Non-private or non-personal information: We may share or disclose your aggregated or otherwise non-personal and non-private information, such as the number of users who have clicked on a particular link.
4. Use of Cookies and other means of tracking
We use “cookies” and other tracking means to help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and facilitate your future transactions and other interactions with us. We also use such trackers to help us understand consumer behavior on our app, to help us improve it and make it easier for future use. You may be able to disable the use of cookies on your device, but this could slow down or prevent your ability to use the PAYESHA service.
5. Your right to access and correct your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information stored by PAYESHA, subject to the provisions of Law No. 2008-12 of January 25, 2008 and subsequent laws, and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and PAYESHA's policies to prevent fraud and other abuse of financial services. 6. Destruction of information
We will keep information on each transaction for a period of ten (10) years in accordance with the provisions of BCEAO Instruction No. 008-05-2015 and subsequent laws and regulations. After this period, PAYESHA may destroy this information and it will no longer be available to you or to anyone else.
7. Modification of the Privacy Policy
PAYESHA's privacy policy may change in the future. If this happens, the revised version will be posted on our website, and will be sent to current users via the email addresses associated with their registrations in the PAYESHA app.
